Refund & Cancellation Policy

Billing
Endurance Analytics Pro is a recurring subscription billed monthly or yearly in EUR, depending on the plan you choose. Each paid period starts after any free trial ends. Payments are processed by Creem acting as Merchant of Record.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from the customer portal (Profile → Manage subscription). Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not charge any cancellation fee.
Refunds
Because the service provides immediate access to digital content, payments are generally non-refundable once a paid period has started. If you were charged in error or believe you are entitled to a refund under applicable consumer law, contact us within 14 days and we will review your request in good faith.
EU Right of Withdrawal
EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases. By starting your subscription or free trial you request immediate access and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal does not apply to the digital content already provided.
