About Ultramarathon

Ultramarathon is a 73.0 km ultra trail of Transvulcania adidas TERREX 2025 in Los Llanos de Aridane, Spain. The race starts on May 10, 2025. The course climbs 4350 m+ and descends 4118 m−, between a low point of 16 m and a high point of 2381 m. By gradient, 44% of the distance is uphill, 41% downhill and 15% flat. The longest climb runs 11.7 km at an average 10.1% grade (1182 m of vertical). The longest descent runs 7.4 km at 16.9% (1254 m of vertical). Surface: 65% trail, 16% technical, 11% road, and 6% smooth. Flat-equivalent effort: 104.6 FlatKM.

1,159 finishers completed the 2025 edition. Men's winner: Peter Frano (Slovakia) in 6:55:36. Women's winner: Anne-Lise Rousset Seguret (France) in 8:18:17.
