About Kosci50

Kosci50 is a 50.0 km trail race of Ultra-Trail Kosciuszko by UTMB 2025 in Thredbo, Australia. The race starts on November 26, 2025. The course climbs 1296 m+ and descends 1645 m−, between a low point of 1118 m and a high point of 2013 m. By gradient, 30% of the distance is uphill, 35% downhill and 35% flat. The longest climb runs 5.3 km at an average 9.8% grade (519 m of vertical). The longest descent runs 7.4 km at 8.9% (655 m of vertical). Surface: 81% trail, 12% smooth, and 6% road. Flat-equivalent effort: 63.0 FlatKM.

1,195 finishers completed the 2025 edition. Men's winner: Michael Dimuantes (Australia) in 4:04:08. Women's winner: Andrea Kolbeinsdottir (Iceland) in 4:24:48.
