Napurega 21K is the 21.0km trail race at UTMB Chihuahua 2027 (Mexico). The race starts on October 2, 2027.
The course climbs 700m+. With 33m/km of climbing, this is a rolling, mostly runnable course. By gradient, 21% of the distance is uphill, 44% downhill and 35% flat. Surface: 25% smooth, 22% trail, and 12% road.
The course is runnable enough that trekking poles are not needed.
There is too little runnable descent to damage the quads: plan the race around climbing and fuelling.
This page has a pacing and nutrition planner, a gradient matrix, an interactive elevation profile and historical weather for Napurega 21K.
