How are gradients different from Strava segments?
Strava segments are about competition: who's fastest on a known stretch, and leaderboards. Our gradients are about training: you set the climb or descent you want to work on, its slope and length, and the map finds matching sections nearby. It can also highlight terrain you'll face on race day but haven't trained on.
Do I need a specific watch or Strava Premium?
No. A free Strava account is enough – it's the only source of activities for now. Garmin, Coros, Suunto and Apple Watch are planned.
What Strava data do you use, and can I revoke access?
We use the activities you authorize to build your
experience matrix for gradients. You can revoke access anytime in Strava: Settings → "My Apps" (strava.com/settings/apps) → next to
Endurance Analytics click "Revoke Access" – we'll immediately stop importing new activities. Or email us at
contact@endurance-analytics.com.
My race isn't in the catalog – what should I do?
Upload the course's GPX track. It goes through the same processing: DEM elevation, gradient breakdown, difficulty rating and finish time estimate. You can also add checkpoints and plan nutrition and hydration between them, automatically or by hand.
How do I find a missing descent?
Race Fit shows which slopes and lengths are missing from your experience (gray gradients). The gradient search map finds real sections of the right steepness near you or anywhere else in the world.
What does "14 days free" mean?
It's a trial of the paid subscription: you add a card when you subscribe to Bro, but the first 14 days cost €0. The first charge is on day 15. Cancel anytime in the Creem portal – cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged. The free account doesn't need any of this: no card required.
