About Sky Trail 50K

Sky Trail 50K is a 50.0 km trail race of Julian Alps Trail Run by UTMB 2025 in Kranjska Gora, Slovenia. The race starts on September 19, 2025. The course climbs 2800 m+ and descends 2522 m−, between a low point of 638 m and a high point of 1851 m. By gradient, 35% of the distance is uphill, 39% downhill and 26% flat. The longest climb runs 6.3 km at an average 10.5% grade (662 m of vertical). The longest descent runs 5.6 km at 8.4% (471 m of vertical). Surface: 78% trail and 21% road. Flat-equivalent effort: 73.1 FlatKM.

1,001 finishers completed the 2025 edition. Men's winner: Dawid Malina (Poland) in 4:45:23. Women's winner: Natalina Neuenschwander (Switzerland) in 5:48:05.
